There are several main reasons why the payment can fail, the most frequent are:

  • The card has not been added to the personal account

  • Not enough funds on the card

  • Protection on the card, which doesn`t automatically charge the payment for the service (3D Secure)

Your payment failed. What to do?

1. In case of failed payment, the notification is displayed. If it happened, go to the billing section: click on your profile icon, then Billing

3. Then Your plan

4. Find your plan and activate it

5. Put your card information.

6. If there is enough money on your card, it will be debited and the account will be activated immediately.
